The Course Enrolment form is available in PDF format (see Links page for free PDF reader)

and in .DOC format for which you will need an Office type program.

Members may enrol for a class by either:

1. Enrol in-person at the Adult Ed building (A block) on 11th February, where both membership payments and enrolments will be taken.
2. a copy of the form.
3. Posting the form to ‘Course Enrolments’, U3A Kingborough Inc., P.O. Box 479, Kingston 7051

Do record, for your own information, the times and venues for courses that you enrol in.
We will contact you if you do NOT get into a course; if you don’t hear from us, you are in!
Please wear your name badge to classes.
If you need to withdraw your enrolment application for any course, please telephone 0405 327 071 as soon as possible so that another member can be accepted.
